We work with most credit situations, including bad credit, no credit, and post-bankruptcy. Your credit score is just one factor — we also look at your income, employment stability, and down payment.
Same-day approvals are common — most pre-approvals come back within a few hours during business days. In some cases, we can provide pre-approval over the phone.
No. Our initial pre-approval process uses a soft credit check that doesn't impact your credit score. We only do a hard credit pull when you're ready to finalize your purchase, and only with your permission.
Bad credit is our specialty. We've worked with customers facing recent bankruptcies, consumer proposals, and collections. We have lenders who specifically work with challenging credit situations. We can't promise approval before we look, but we have lenders who say yes when most don't.
Yes. We work with first-time buyers and newcomers to Canada regularly. We can help you establish credit while getting the vehicle you need. You'll typically need proof of income and a larger down payment.
You'll typically need: (1) valid government-issued photo ID, (2) proof of income (pay stubs, employment letter, or tax returns), (3) proof of residence (utility bill, lease agreement, or bank statement), and (4) a list of references with phone numbers.
No problem. We work with self-employed customers regularly. You'll need to provide tax returns (usually 2 years), bank statements, and possibly a letter from your accountant. We have lenders who specialize in self-employed financing.
While not always required, a down payment helps secure better rates and terms. We recommend at least $1,000–$2,000 down. For customers with challenged credit, a larger down payment (10–20%) significantly improves approval odds.
Yes. We'll appraise your trade-in and apply its value toward your down payment. Even if you still owe money on your current vehicle, we can often work with the equity to help with your new purchase.
Yes, but you'll need permission from your trustee first. We work with customers in active bankruptcy regularly. You'll typically need a larger down payment and the interest rate will be higher, but it's definitely possible.
You can apply immediately after discharge. We have lenders who specialize in post-bankruptcy financing. The longer it's been since your discharge, the better your rates will be, but we can help right away.
Yes. Consumer proposals are often easier to work with than bankruptcy. If you're making your payments on time, we have several lenders who will consider your application. You may need trustee permission depending on the loan amount.
Welcome to Canada. We help newcomers regularly. You'll need your SIN, work permit/PR card, proof of Canadian employment, and typically a larger down payment. We can help you establish Canadian credit history.
Rates vary based on your credit situation, down payment, and loan term. Good credit customers might see rates from 6–12%, while rebuilding credit customers typically see 15–25%. We always work to get you the lowest rate possible.
We offer terms from 12 to 84 months, depending on the vehicle age and your situation. Longer terms mean lower monthly payments but more interest paid overall. We'll help you find the right balance for your budget.
No hidden fees, ever. We believe in complete transparency. All fees are disclosed upfront, including documentation fees, licensing, and any lender fees. What you see is what you pay.
Yes. Most of our lenders allow early payoff without penalties. Some may have small prepayment penalties in the first year, but we'll make sure you understand all terms before signing.
Through our dealer partners across Ontario you can find reliable, affordable used vehicles — typically 2–8 years old — including sedans, SUVs, trucks, and hatchbacks from trusted brands like Honda, Toyota, Mazda, and Hyundai.
Vehicles sold through our dealer partners come with a valid Ontario safety certificate and are inspected before delivery. Many also qualify for extended warranty coverage — the dealer will confirm what applies to a specific vehicle.
Yes. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll work with our network of dealers across Ontario to track it down — we can usually find the right match within about a week.
Extended warranties are available on most vehicles through our dealer and warranty partners. Coverage varies by vehicle age and mileage and can include major components like the engine, transmission, and electrical systems — the dealer will walk you through the options.
From application to driving away, most customers complete the process in 1–3 days. If your documents are ready and the dealer has the right vehicle available, you could drive away the same day.
You can start online and we'll handle most of the pre-approval over the phone and email. You'll finalize the paperwork and pick up the vehicle with the dealer we match you to.
Yes — delivery is available throughout the GTA and Niagara Region through our dealer partners. Delivery fees apply based on distance, but for many customers it's worth the convenience.
Once approved, we connect you with a dealer partner who helps you choose the right vehicle and finalize the paperwork, insurance, and licensing. We guide you through every step so nothing is missed.
