1. Application Intake and Matching Service

905 Autos provides vehicle-financing application intake and referral or matching services. With an applicant's affirmative matching consent, 905 Autos may provide application information to participating automotive dealers, lenders, finance providers and application-matching partners, including the Loans Canada/MyAutoApproval network, as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Independent Provider Decisions

905 Autos is not the final lender and does not make or guarantee a participating provider's approval, rate, offer, loan terms, response time, or decision to contact an applicant. Participating providers apply their own criteria, may request more information, and make independent decisions.

3. Matching Consent and Contact

Submitting an application with the required matching consent authorizes the application intake, disclosure, and matching activity described in the Privacy Policy. Participating recipients may contact an applicant about that application by phone, text message or email where the submitted consent permits.

4. Separate Credit Authorization

Matching consent does not authorize 905 Autos or a participating provider to obtain a credit report or perform a credit check. Any credit-report or credit-check authorization must be requested separately.

5. Compensation

905 Autos may receive compensation for a referral or completed transaction. This compensation does not guarantee that an applicant will receive or accept an offer.

6. Applicant Responsibilities

When submitting an application or using this website, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to submit the request
• Provide information that is accurate and belongs to you
• Review the matching disclosure, Privacy Policy, and these Terms before agreeing
• Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, bypass, or misuse its systems
• Avoid repeated submissions of the same application

7. Third-Party Services

Participating providers and matching partners are separate organizations. Their websites, application steps, decisions, offers, communications, privacy practices, and terms are their responsibility. Review the applicable provider's information before completing additional steps or accepting an offer.

8. Website Availability and Information

We work to keep the website and application service available and accurate, but interruptions or errors can occur. Website content is general information and is not a promise that financing, a vehicle, a rate, an offer, or contact will be available.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, how the information is used and disclosed, retention practices, and how to make an access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion request.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website or application service. The current version and update date will be posted on this page. A new application is governed by the version presented when it is submitted.
